When you buy a new car or a phone, you always get an included manual with a set of instructions or information that will help you understand the product better.

This got me thinking when a new member in your team starts, we get a short introduction and a bit of meet and greet and we are expected to start working together. What if, this new team member could include a user manual that would help him or her to better understand the best way to work together with them?
