I have no idea what I’m doing, and I’m ok with it. 🤷🏻♂️
When I was 7 years old, I thought that adults had all the answers. One day I met my dad’s friend, a 34-year-old adult that was my definition of an adult. Had a job, had confidence, and seem to know what he wanted in life. And he wore earth-colored clothing, which was my definition of all adults wore back then.
Now that I’m the same age as my dad’s friend I realize that all that confidence he had was just an illusion. Adults think that they know everything and can sometimes be too proud to admit that they don't. The only difference between kids and adults is that kids know that they don't know everything while adults think they do.
I want to be upfront and say that I have no idea what I’m doing in life, I’ve had 4+ roles, from Aerospace Engineer, Graphic Designer, Surf Instructor, and Freelancer.
