Scrum Master in the Analytics and Data Platform Area. Part of the Expansion BI team focuses on increasing team collaboration and prioritization through coaching the team in the Scrum framework.

The Park is a co-working space that has the goal to go from 2 locations to 10 locations in 2023. My role is to drive innovation & development for The Park.

My biggest project so far has been to adopt our scrum board with 100+ innovation projects to structure and plan each project. Cross-functional teams were created to break up department silos. As a result, we’ve completed 20 projects, from sales strategy 2021, employee handbook, internship programs.

In June 2020 I lost my job due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was tough, I enjoyed my team, the work & Agile coaching. Instead of seeing unemployment as an obstacle, I saw it as an opportunity. My intention with this project was to inspire others in a similar situation, to show that in every obstacle lies an opportunity. Over 100 days this led to:

An increase of my Linkedin Network from 800 to 1000+ new connections from people inspired by my content.

The CEO of The Park saw my project and hired me as an Agile Project Lead.

I got to share my story for Berghs School of communication as a guest lecturer.

As a Scrum Master, the value I created was by improving team processes and coaching teams in the scrum way of work. As an Agile coach, I took a strategic role to give value in how we could further scale Agile in the company. These two roles resulted in:

Led my team to a remote way of work (due to Covid-19) that resulted in 0% loss in efficiency and speed.

By identifying the team's needs I created customized scrum ceremonies & exercises that lead to a 23% improvement increase in team health. This was measured through a bi-monthly survey.

Redesigned & Facilitated our Introduction to Agile Mindset workshop to a remote experience. This resulted in over 150 participants over 2 week period enrolled, which made a double increase in the company's Agile workforce.

An Agile community was created to engage people new to working Agile. As a result, it grew from 3 to 20+ engaged. In addition, we found 5 people that wanted to find educate themselves in a coaching role.

Developed a digital Agile toolbox with 30+ exercises, tools, and methods that made it accessible for teams to access. As a result, Agile-related engagement increased by 30% in our communication channels.

Scrum Master for the team behind the Go Climate Striking web app. The team was behind in their time plan and lacked oversight of tasks they needed to do, my contribution consisted of:

An analog scrum board was created which enable the team to improve their communication and overview of the project. As a result, they improved their speed by 20% and gained the time they lost.

Retrospectives were facilitated that led to important insights that improved processes for future web app projects.

Restaurant franchise that serves Asian fusion buffet. Rosegarden has 16 restaurants across Sweden and my role consisted of:

Launched viral Facebook competitions with the best result reaching 1.6k likes, 1.5k comments & 500+ shares.

Grew the official Facebook Page from 2000 to 9000 likes within 18 months.

By personally answering each incoming review from our customers, the average reviews across all restaurants went from 3.6 to 4.2 stars.

Created design & imagebank with over 1000+ images & design assets.

Onsite leader of each surf camp that focused on all operations of the camp. Highlights consisted of:

Improved staff routines and processes through coaching which reduced cost by 12%.

Created documents & processes that reduced onboarding time for new teams by 50%.

Increased number of Tripadvisor reviews from 45 to 110 reviews in Camp Bali.

Tasks primarily focused on Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) simulations in fluid mechanics & structural temperature analysis. The list below summarises my time in Saab:

Team Leader for the CFD team in charge of internal flow simulations.

Led development projects & planning for new CFD methodologies.

Analyzing data insights through CFD & temperature simulations in JAS Gripen E.

The master thesis scope was to propose a new process to simulate the aerodynamic properties of a helicopter rotor blade.

A new software (Star CCM+) was proposed and used for the simulation that gave results with a 5% error margin.

The process was adopted and further developed by Saab. Results were used and implemented for Saab's autonomous helicopter, Skeldar.

My master thesis has been downloaded 9000+ in the KTH digital library.
